(A) HOW TO ORDER ....

by specifying the recipient name, contact number, delivery address, item code, color (if applicable).
-- A confirmation of your sale order will be sent to you, stated the total amount of your purchase and postage.
-- Weight for each items stated are for reference purpose, slight variation may occur due to different weighing machine used.
-- Valued customers are adviced to make payment within 3 days upon confirmation of sale order, in order to avoid shortage of stocks.
-- Sale order which do not accompanied by payment will lapsed and the sale order will be treated as void after 3 days of reservation period. All sale order will only be processed upon confirmation of payment.

(B) HOW TO PAY ....

-- Bank Transfer (internet banking or casht deposit) to:
Bank: MAYBANK or CIMB
The account details will be given to customers upon confirmation of sale order.
-- Pls keep us inform once payment is made by dropping a message at email to u.car.i.care@gmail.com or text to 016-973 1633
-- Parcel will be sent out only when payment is confirmed.

(C) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ....

--U.Car.I.Care outsource POST Malaysia as the delivery party due to its realiability and efficiency.
-- parcel will be sent out with in 3 days if payment is confirmed.
-- POST Malaysia only operates from Monday-Friday, hence no parcel will be sent out during weekend.
-- For ready stock items, it requires 2-3 working days (excluding saturday, sunday, and public holidays) for delivery address stated in Malaysia and Singapore.
-- U.Car.I.Care do not responsible for any lost or delay caused by Post. Post and U.Car.I.Care are two different entity.
